# Use Emails Calls in a Cadence

Quick reference for sending emails, preparing call scripts, and managing steps within a Sales Engagement cadence in ShiftUp.

ShiftUp integrates with Salesforce Sales Engagement (cadences) so you can execute multi-step outreach sequences directly from a stakeholder's detail panel. Each cadence step can be an email, call, LinkedIn message, or task — and ShiftUp adds AI-generated content and one-click sending on top.

## Prerequisites

* **Sales Engagement** must be enabled in your Salesforce org (contact your administrator if not)
* The stakeholder must be **linked** to a Salesforce contact or lead
* The stakeholder must be **enrolled** in at least one active cadence
